ORDERING Retail Store Hours Like the seasons our store hours change. Please consult the FIND US page for current retail store hours. However you shop, feel free to contact us at any time if you have any questions, special needs/requests or would simply like to schedule an appointment to visit the store. I look forward to serving you and hearing from you! Returned Checks Sales Tax Cancellation/Returns/Exchanges/Refunds You may cancel your order any time before we ship it. Give us a call at 773.832.9410 or send an e-mail to info@tinypiecesmosaics.com. Be sure to include your order number. We will gladly accept returns of unopened and unused items within 21 days of delivery for any reason, if, you are not satisfied with your purchase. The only exceptions are special orders, books, glass rods/noodles/stringers and tools. • Before sending any item back to us you must get pre-approval by phone at 773.832.9410 or email info@tinypiecesmosaics.com within 7 days of delivery notifying us of your intent to return.• You will be given an RA# which must appear on the outside of the box you are returning (be bold). • We will not accept any return without a visible RA#. • We expect to receive your package within 21 days of issuing the RA#. • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. • Upon receipt we will check-in your return and credit will be issued through your original payment method. • Shipping cost back to us is your responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective or there is an error on our part. • You are responsible for all return shipping charges. Domestic - In general, all orders (without any backordered items) are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment confirmation, Sunday through Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Holidays will not be shipped until the following Monday or next business day. Tiny Pieces will do their best to ship your order within 24 hours of a credit card payment. We ship using both FedEx and USPS. In an effort to save you money we default to the more economical of the two but ultimately the choice is up to you. The delivery times will vary; depending on the shipping method, chosen carrier, and the distance from Chicago, Illinois. Keep in mind too, that FedEx requires a physical street address, they will not deliver to a PO Box. International - We accept international orders! When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information.
